  • We currently offer delivery within Singapore only. unless otherwise stated on deefruit .sg.

2. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as delivery location, order size, fulfilment method, promotions, and courier requirements.

3. Courier and fulfilment

  • We may use one or more third-party logistics providers or in-house fulfilment partners.
  • Available delivery options shown at checkout may vary based on your order and address.

4. Tracking

  • Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email or through your account after dispatch.

5. Estimated delivery times

  • Delivery timelines shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, failed delivery attempts, weather, address issues, or courier disruption.

6. Billing and delivery address changes

  • Please review your billing and delivery information carefully before completing checkout.
  • If you need to change order details after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered processing or dispatch.

7. Special requests and gift orders

  • We may be able to support special requests such as gift messages, large-volume orders, or multiple delivery arrangements, subject to feasibility and any additional charges.
  • You may ship an order directly to a recipient by entering the recipient's delivery details at checkout.

8. Invoices and parcel contents

  • Unless otherwise stated, we may send invoices electronically. We may omit printed pricing documents from gift parcels where operationally feasible.

9. Failed delivery or recipient unavailable

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in accordance with its delivery procedures, contact the recipient, re-attempt delivery, or return the parcel to us.
  • Additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply where permitted and communicated.

10. Missing Or Damaged Parcel

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, doorstep, concierge, or neighbors. For any issues regarding the quality or condition of the fruit, you must contact us with photographic evidence within 12 hours of the recorded delivery time

  • Please first check your delivery details, mailbox, doorstep, concierge, family members, neighbours, or any safe drop location identified by the courier.
  • If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us via email at hello@deefruit.sg or deedee@deefruit.sg with your order number so we can assist.

11. Risk and title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
