Return and Refunds Policy

1. Our approach
- We want you to have a positive shopping experience at deefruit.sg. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so that we can review and assist.
2. When you should contact us
- Please contact hello@deefruit.sg / deedee@deefruit.sg within 3 days after delivery if:
- the product delivered is damaged, defective, contaminated, expired, or has materially compromised packaging;
- you received the wrong item; or
- part of your order is missing.
3. Information to provide
- Please provide your order number, contact details, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging, and any other relevant information we reasonably request.
4. What remedies may be available
- Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.
- Operational remedies under this policy are subject to our review of the facts, product condition, and supporting evidence.
5. Non-returnable items
- Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally not returnable or refundable:
- free gifts or complimentary items;
- gifts with purchase;
- shipping or delivery fees already incurred;
- products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery;
- products with minor aesthetic packaging issues that do not affect quality or safety.
6. Wrong item received
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@deefruit.sg so that we can advise the return or replacement process.
7. Return instructions
- Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed the case, unless disposal is necessary for safety reasons.
- Where we ask for a return, you should follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
8. Statutory rights
- This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under Singapore law, including rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and any statutory remedies for goods that do not conform to contract.
